For INARF Members who do not currently provide Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) on the CIH waiver and are considering adding that service as a result of the State’s changes to the A&D Attendant Care and SFC services, INARF has developed a resource regarding the SFC service. In addition, the State has created a side-by-side comparison of Attendant Care and SFC following the changes they plan to implement. For prospective SFC providers, while HCBS waivers share many common statutory and regulatory requirements, it is important that prospective providers review the few but important differences between the waivers to ensure your organization's capacity to effectively offer the service.
