Special Needs Trust Improvement Act of 2022
Last week, U.S. Senators Todd Young (R-Ind.) and Maggie Hassan (D-N.H.) introduced the Special Needs Trust Improvement Act of 2022 to give families greater flexibility in choosing the remainder beneficiary of trusts established for a loved one who has a disability or chronic illness.

INARF Introduces Leadership Academy Graduating Class of 2022

INARF is pleased to announce the Leadership Academy graduating Class of 2022. These 20 highly committed individuals join 69 Leadership Academy Alumni in having completed a robust Curriculum of 15 sessions designed to enhance and prepare them for the future. The Academy is INARF’s commitment to, and investment in, the development of leaders with high potential to positively impact industry growth and success. Cardinal Services, Inc. has been awarded a $54,911 grant from the K21 Health Foundation for the creation of an on-site health clinic for Cardinal clients. Learn more.
