Would organizations that do strictly PTO instead of traditional sick leave, vacation leave be willing to share their policies?

QUESTION: If any organizations do strictly PTO instead of traditional sick leave, vacation leave time off, how does this work for you? Is the time staggered, do people earn right away, have you seen an increase or decrease in usage? Would you be willing to share your PTO policy?
