QUESTION: Does anyone utilize a web based application and/or onboarding system and if so, which do you use and are you satisfied with it? Our organization uses Ultimate products for Application Tracking System, OnBoarding, and Human Resources Information Systems. We are satisfied with it. *** We use Cornerstone and it is not user friendly. Too many clicks to get the job done and it isn't intuitive. The applications do not give us the necessary screening information, which may be the result of how we asked for the system to interface with ours. (Operations was not involved in that) We previously used Kronos and it worked efficiently and met our needs. *** We use ADP for our application system. The only downside to this system is that internal staff have to apply the same way as external candidates but you can add a question to the application that asks if they are an internal candidate. *** We currently use Newton Software in conjunction with Paycor HRIS and it has improved our onboarding process tremendously.
