QUESTION: Our agency is considering the use of radio advertisements for recruiting employees. Do any other members use radio ads for recruiting? If so, would they be willing to share their ad scripts or templates used for recruiting purposes? Our agency uses radio advertising in some locations of the state. We do not have an example script but work with each station to write them specific to our hiring needs. The radio stations are very helpful when creating advertisements for hiring needs. This information is a compilation of suggestions, ideas, and opinions shared by INARF Members in response to the featured question.
