What company are you using as the administrator/provider for your 403(b) plans?

 
QUESTION: What company are you using as the administrator/provider for your 403(b) plans? How do you enjoy working with them?
 

We use Great American. Employees can access their accounts online or via telephone. I have not had any issues with them. Their staff has always been respectful and helpful.

We use Mutual of America (James Murphy) and very much enjoy working with them.

We use Baden Retirement Services (9045 River Road, Indianapolis, IN, 317-844-6090). We are very happy with them.

Mutual of America is the company we partner with for our 403 (b) plan. They have been very helpful and pleasant to work with

We use Mutual of America and they have been excellent. They are headquartered in Indianapolis. They do a great job administrating the 403b plan and are always available for questions, assistance etc. Their representatives conduct complimentary staff educational sessions and a representative conducts a brief training session about this benefit at new staff orientation. They are more than willing to meet with employees on a one-on-one basis. They have been serving us for over 15 years without complaint. We would highly recommend them.

We have a 401(k) with Mutual of America. They are very easy to work with and their website is very user friendly.

We use Mutual of America for our 401k plan. They provide administrative support including preparation of the 5500. Service has been excellent, not only in helping our employees choose the investments for their individual plans but also on the administrative side. They are responsive to our questions and concerns, and a representative will come on-site whenever requested. They work directly with the 401k auditors, and supply the information needed. I would definitely recommend them.

We do not have a 403(b) plan but offer a 401k plan.
