QUESTION: What security measures, if any, are agencies taking at day service facilities and home office locations where there are multiple exterior doors? What security companies are being used and what is the level of satisfaction with them? Our agency keeps exterior doors locked except for the public entrance and the transit service entrance. We have exterior and interior security cameras through Haley Communications. We have had a difficult time getting a response to any issues we encounter from this agency. *** Our agency uses Sonitrol. The service through them includes exterior doors, heat detection, glass breakage and interior motion. Panic codes for intrusion/coercion are also included. We have had exterior cameras installed to monitor the parking areas and sidewalk entrances with thirty day storage. We are happy with Sonitrol and the service they provide.
