QUESTION: Do any other organizations have requirements for an Affirmative Action Plan due to a Federal contract? If so, do you outsource the recordkeeping requirements of this plan and would you mind sharing that resource name? We do not have a federal contract. We are a federal contractor and do not outsource the recordkeeping. Unfortunately, INARF only received two responses for this question.
