HR Structure

QUESTION:
We are looking at restructuring our Human Resources department and wanted to know how other organizations are structured?

We have an HR Director, HR Manager, Benefits Coordinator, and HR support staff (HR Admin assistant).

We have a 5-person HR department, although 1 is really there for reporting purposes as opposed to HR specific.
Director of HR; Associate Director of HR; Recruitment & Retention Specialist; Employee Development Coordinator (i.e. Trainer); and Communications Coordinator

Human Resources has a Director, who also serves as Chief Information Officer, who leads the department and is responsible for the strategic direction. The HR Manager directly supervises the HR staff and is responsible for the day to day operations as well as recruitment and regulatory reporting. Other positions include Onboarding Coordinator (new hire training and onboarding), Training and Retention Specialist (veteran staff training and agency retention), Hiring Coordinator (Hiring), and Employee Relations Coordinator (Benefits, Leaves and Workers Comp).

We have HR/QA together - HR Director with Coordinators that support programs.

Our HR Department is as follows:
Vice President of Human Resources
HR Manager of Training & Staff Development
PT HR and Office Services Assistant
HR Recruiter/Onboarder
HR Office Manager Payroll & Benefits
HR Manager of Benefits and Compliance
HR Training Assistant
PT Recruiting Assistant
