QUESTION: Does your organization offer a bonus structure to their recruiter? We are looking into an incentive type program, but are wanting to know if anyone else uses this type of set up. We are currently utilizing a referral program. Attached here is the information. This is what we offer for referrals. Included on flyer: Make up to $250 for each person you refer! To be eligible, an employee must notify HR via email of the referral of a potential applicant prior to the interview of the referred candidate. The applicant must become employed as a regular staff with part time or full time hours to be an eligible candidate. If you have made a referral, you should contact HR upon completion of each step to ensure appropriate payment is made. As a referring employee, you will receive: Step 1- $50 when the new employee successfully completes Orientation Week. Step 2- $50 when the new employee completes and submits all training requirements in the grey New Employee packet. Step 3- $150 when the new employee has completed six months of employment with our company These bonus payments will be processed through payroll and are taxable income. You must be employed with our company at the time the bonuses are distributed to be eligible. We had a bonus structure for a few years, but we have not had one since early 2019. We do not use a recruiter bonus, but like the idea though. Do not use recruiters, have not had good luck with them.
