QUESTION: How are INARF Members communicating with parents/guardians and other team members of the individuals that they serve about staffing challenges and open positions they may have and how that may impact community integration activities and special request during the holidays? We send emails, have phone discussions and hold IST meetings. Try to follow up phone discussions with an email and then recap everything at the IST meetings, this allows for a paper trail of the discussions. This information is a compilation of suggestions, ideas, and opinions shared by INARF Members in response to the featured question.
