QUESTION: We are considering restructuring our agency and was wondering if other organizations would share their organizational chart for our industry? Or if anyone is willing to share how their organization is structured; i.e. CEO, CFO, COO, etc. vs. Executive Director, Assistant Directors, etc. Our structure is set up as: CEO, CFO, Chief Operations/Compliance Officer, VP of HR, VP of Residential, VP of Therapies, VP of Business Operations, VP of Business Development, VP of ABA and VP of Development. Our structure is as follows: Board of Directors President/CEO 4 administrative staff who report directly to the President/CEO 12 Department Directors who report directly to the President/CEO - Within each department there could be 1 or more Managers, depending on the size of the programs under that Department. We have a CEO and then a Chief of Programs, Operating and Financial. Then we have 3 senior directors over Residential, Day Programs and HR. We then primarily have directors over all departments. Additionally, the following 3 samples were received: Organizational Chart - Sample 1 Organizational Chart - Sample 2 Organizational Chart - Sample 3 This information is a compilation of suggestions, ideas, and opinions shared by INARF Members in response to the featured question.
