Third Party Companies for Reference Checking

 
QUESTION: What third party company have you used for reference checking, and what is your assessment of them?  
 

Tangram contracts with HR Partnerships to complete reference checks for potential applicants that we may hire. We have worked together to revise the old professional reference check form as well as implemented one for personal reference checks to be used when co-workers or friends are listed as references by the applicant. With guidelines put in place between Tangram CEO and HR Partnerships CEO, the process has improved greatly.

Safe Hiring Solutions is a comprehensive risk management firm specializing in background screening, visitor/volunteer management software solutions and automated reference checking software.

Reflynk is our own automated reference checking platform that is cutting the time it takes to check references by 50-75%.
