QUESTION: What third party company have you used for reference checking, and what is your assessment of them? We have worked together to revise the old professional reference check form as well as implemented one for personal reference checks to be used when co-workers or friends are listed as references by the applicant. With guidelines put in place between Tangram CEO and HR Partnerships CEO, the process has improved greatly.
