QUESTION: When an employee has annual goals, and taking PTO would make the employee miss the mark for annual goals, is there another incentive option offered? We offer performance incentive bonuses. We expect goals to be met within the review period and for the employee to manage their work time and PTO to meet the goals. *** We offer an annual PTO Buy Back program for FT employees who are non-exempt.
