QUESTION: Would any organization be willing to share training (either online or manual) dealing with professionalism and/or teamwork in the work environment that is specific to DSPs? Accident Fund, our Worker’s Comp carrier, has a training website with some decent tools that we direct staff to if we feel it would be beneficial. This information is a compilation of suggestions, ideas, and opinions shared by INARF Members in response to the featured question.
