At INARF, we are always looking for new and effective ways to serve our dedicated members and enhance the quality of care provided to individuals. To further this mission, we’re excited to propose a new initiative: a quarterly forum specifically for your nursing staff! This forum aims to be a dynamic and supportive space where nurses can: Share knowledge and experiences in a collaborative enviornment. Discuss and solve common regulatory challenges together. Bounce ideas off of each other and find innovative solutions to issues. Build a strong network of support among peers in the IDD community. We believe this forum will be an invaluable resource for our nurses, helping them manage best practices while staying compliant with regulations. It’s a chance for them to connect, learn, and grow together. INARF is excited to offer this as a service to our members, and we would love to hear your feedback on this proposal. If there is enough interest, we can work together to establish the structure and schedule for these forums.
