To address these concerns, INARF met with OMPP to provide the necessary clarification for our Members. Beginning July 1, 2024, those enrolled in the PathWays program will need to utilize the transportation broker assigned to their managed care entity. The assignments are as follows: Anthem- WellTrans Humana- LCP Transportation United Health Care- LCP Transportation If you are a current NEMT provider, you will need to enroll with each transportation broker to continue to provide services to individuals under the PathWays Program. OMPP has stated that providers should enroll as soon as possible to ensure the continuation of services. OMPP will also notify their MCE contacts that providers are going to enroll, to expedite the process. If you are a current NEMT provider for only Hoosier Health Wise, HIP, etc., nothing will change. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to: nemt1@fssa.IN.gov.
