The Department of Labor released the Defining and Delimiting the Exemptions for Executive, Administrative, Professional, Outside Sales, and Computer Employees Final Rule, often referred to as the Overtime Final Rule. This final rule implements an updating mechanism to adjust salary levels every three years, with the first adjustment expected on July 1, 2027.
