Waiting list implemented for
Aged and Disabled Waiver

The Family and Social Services Administration’s Division of Aging is announcing today that it must implement a waiting list for the Aged and Disabled Waiver because the waiver has reached maximum capacity. FSSA shared in January that a waiting list may be necessary as part of the Medicaid forecast strategies.

FSSA is committed to clear communication with individuals who will be placed on the waiting list and their families.

Please view our website for more information and additional resources:

  • Frequently Asked Questions and connections to helpful resources
  • A look at the process for individuals placed on the waiver waiting list

Please note, members currently enrolled in and receiving waiver services will not have their services changed or interrupted by the implementation of the waiting list.

The Division of Aging is a program of the Indiana Family & Social Services Administration. If you have questions about Aging programs and services, visit us online at https://link.edgepilot.com/s/04a6cc3c/mGuFZl_W8USz0HIvEVfuyA?u=http://www.in.gov/fssa/aging.
