QUESTION: Our organization is looking for a new scheduling package for the Medicaid Waiver program. Would other providers be willing to share which scheduling package they use and whether or not they would recommend it to other providers? We use When To Work and we are very happy with it. *** We use Provide from Accel Consulting and it is excellent. If you contact Tim Bird he has a great demonstration on the module. Here is a link to a YouTube video about the program. This is a very simple and easy to use program. *** We utilize Accel/Provide and have for some time and would recommend as it integrates scheduling with time reporting and billing. *** We use the MITC software program. We have been pretty satisfied with its performance over the years. They seem to have good technical assistance people to help you when you have problems. *** We use the Solana Scheduling Module and are just getting ready to go live with it. We can provide feedback once we roll it out but it will be much more effective than what we are using currently.
