Expedited approval process outlined for prospective Structured Family Caregiving providers Dear Indiana HCBS Provider, FSSA is outlining the opportunities for providers to receive expedited approval to become Structured Family Caregiving providers on the Aged & Disabled (A&D) Waiver, the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Waiver, and the Community Integration & Habilitation (CIH) Waiver. While these HCBS Waivers share many common statutory and regulatory requirements, it is important that prospective providers review the few but important differences between the waivers to ensure your organization's capacity to effectively offer the service.
