Announced at the IHCP Live: EVV Townhall, April 1, 2024 is the hard launch date for EVV. Beginning February 28, 2024, claims processes will be suspended for seven calendar days if they are non-EVV compliant. This will be reflected on the weekly Remittance Advice for the Claims in Process Section. An IHCP Bulletin will be sent out this week with further information. During the one-month EVV Go-Live trial run, OMPP highlighted 3 key findings that providers are still having troubles with: Providers having difficulty navigating the Sandata Portal vs. the Sandata Aggregator Providers not reviewing the Aggregator prior to billing HCBS Providers that may be struggling to understand the RA statement Additionally, Michael Cook provided two email addresses for resolving EVV related questions.
