Supervisor Circle Guest Speaker

Thursday, February 22nd from 10-11 AM EST via Zoom

Join the February Supervisor Circle featuring guest speaker, Kristina Blankenship, Director of Business and Community Engagement for Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation to discuss the VR Employment Service Provider Directory and the VR Employer Partner Database.  Ms. Blankenship will review the Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation site which is a one-stop shop for all things employment related. This site allows VR participants to select an Employment Service (ES) provider by using the VR ES Provider Directory and search for employment opportunities by using the VR Employer Partner Database. Employment Service providers will be able to login to create and maintain a listing in the VR ES Provider Directory. Open positions, including internships, work-based learning experiences and/or apprenticeships can be added to the VR Employer Partner Database.

Employment Service Providers Update

New Billing Protocol Effective February 1, 2024

Reminder, New Billing Protocol!

As of February 1st, the New Billing Protocol has gone into effect. Please make sure your staff are aware of these changes.

Two Billing Protocols

1. All Employment Services Supporting Documentation is to be e-mailed to VR Office General e-mail box.

  • You can find the VR Directory on the Login Page of VR-CPS under Important Links to find each local VR office's general email box.

  • Keep in mind, ES documentation needs to be emailed to the general email before the claim is submitted to avoid a claim being denied due to lack of documentation.

2.  Supporting Documentation for all other services will be attached to the claim in VR-CPS.

Please ensure you are NOT cc'ing any VR staff on e-mails going to the VR Office General e-mail box. The VR office has an internal process for notifying VRC & VRCC of incoming documentation from ES providers. Please do NOT attach documents to the claim that has previously been sent to the local VR email as this will create duplication.

If you have any other questions, please email VRProvider@fssa.in.gov

Take a moment to review the document below which is also on the Login Page of VR-CPS under Important Links:
