Employment Service Providers Update Reminder, New Billing Protocol! As of February 1st, the New Billing Protocol has gone into effect. Please make sure your staff are aware of these changes. Two Billing Protocols 1. All Employment Services Supporting Documentation is to be e-mailed to VR Office General e-mail box. You can find the VR Directory on the Login Page of VR-CPS under Important Links to find each local VR office's general email box. Keep in mind, ES documentation needs to be emailed to the general email before the claim is submitted to avoid a claim being denied due to lack of documentation. 2. Supporting Documentation for all other services will be attached to the claim in VR-CPS. Please ensure you are NOT cc'ing any VR staff on e-mails going to the VR Office General e-mail box. The VR office has an internal process for notifying VRC & VRCC of incoming documentation from ES providers. Please do NOT attach documents to the claim that has previously been sent to the local VR email as this will create duplication. If you have any other questions, please email VRProvider@fssa.in.gov Take a moment to review the document below which is also on the Login Page of VR-CPS under Important Links: Vendor Supporting Documentation Guide Postponement of February Lunch & Learn We are postponing this month’s Lunch & Learn we will announce when the event has been rescheduled at a later date.
