QUESTION: Our organization is looking into purchasing new HR software. Would other organizations be willing to share what HR software they use and whether or not they would recommend it to others? We use Ultimate software and we would recommend it. *** We use Prospera from JJ Keller and love it. It tracks everything from applications to training and allows for multi user functionality. *** We use Sage HRMS (formerly ABRA Suite) and are very pleased with the system. *** Our agency is using the HR aspect of the Provide program. It is somewhat cumbersome and not real user-friendly, but there is quite a bit of information that can be put into it and subsequent reports can be generated. It does take time and patience to learn all the tabs and fields and how to navigate through each piece of the HR portion. *** We use ADP for our payroll, HR data, application tracking, online benefits, ACA, and reporting. The implementation process is lengthy and time consuming so you have to be prepared to devote the time for the implementations. *** We have two programs that we are pleased with. For expense reimbursement we work with the CONCUR, an excellent on-line system that all employees use. Our payroll provider is PayCor. All employees can log into PayCor to see pay stubs, W-2, performance evaluation, and submit time off requests. HR maintains employee files in this system. We would recommend both. *** We use Optimum and I love it. It is a complete HRIS and Payroll System, if you want to do payroll in-house. *** We use Paylocity as an integrated Payroll and HR database. They have standard reports that don't always capture our needs (in which case we order a custom report), but overall I would recommend.
