During the INARF Member Forum on June 24, 2022, representatives from both the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration and the Bowen Center presented an overview of their vision for a plan to address shortages in the Direct Service Worker function. Based on INARF Board feedback on the presentation, we prepared a memo highlighting additional considerations for the planners as they finalize their strategy. You can review the DSW presentation from FSSA and the Bowen Center by viewing the June INARF Member Forum on the Member Portal. If you have other feedback for FSSA and the Bowen Center, please let me know, as INARF will attend a meeting to continue discussing the planning on July 26, 2022. Please let John Barth know if you have any questions.
