The Coordinator and Employment Specialists all carry caseloads. The Director handles all BINS clients, assists clients through quarterlies and annuals for Stateline funding. *** Our agency has an Employment Department that consists of a Director, manager and Employment Specialists. The Manager does carry a caseload. This structure has worked very well for our agency. *** Our agency has a Division Director who oversees all employment programs including Assessment, Project Search sites, RBF Employment Programs and other special projects. We also have an Employment Manager who reports to the Division Director and directly supervises the employment staff of 16-18 people.
