In follow up to our previous communication regarding COVID Vaccine for Healthcare Personnel, INARF would like to share the below additional clarification from FSSA. Attachment: - Indiana Department of Health COVID-19 Vaccine Guidance for Health Professionals When IDOH determines that DSPs are eligible for the vaccine, IDOH will send and/or DDRS will forward a communication from IDOH to providers that will include instructions and a link for DSPs to register to receive the vaccine. IDOH and DDRS are relying on providers to distribute that communication to their DSPs. You do not need to contact the Professional Licensing Agency or IDOH to update your contact information as the attached letter from Dr. Weaver in the previous communication indicated. Our understanding is that the communication from IDOH/FSSA will be distributed to provider organization CEOs for your distribution to your staff. If you received the previous communication from FSSA (fssa@subscriptions.in.gov) with the subject "Indiana Department of Health COVID-19 vaccine guidance for health professionals" (attached for reference), then you should receive future communications from FSSA/IDOH on this topic. To ensure these emails are routed to your inbox appropriately and not filtered out as junk/spam, be sure to add fssa@subscriptions.in.gov to your approved senders list.
