QUESTION: Does any representative of other INARF member agencies know what the phrase ‘Identification of all familial relationships within the organizational chart’ means in the General Documentation section of the CERT under the organizational chart (460 IAC 6-10-6 and 6-16-2)? Familial relationships refer to any family members within your organizational chart, including those by marriage. On our agency’s organizational chart, we identified familial relationships by just putting asterisks next to the position titles and notating the relationship at the bottom.
