QUESTION: Our agency wants to update our performance appraisal tools and would appreciate input on what is working in this field. Does your agency use position specific evaluations tied to job descriptions? Does your agency use a common description for most or all of the organization? Does your agency use one page or multi-page evaluations? Our agency would appreciate any input, examples, etc. that anyone is willing to share.
