QUESTION: How do other agencies handle exempt staff hours? Do they require them to complete a timesheet and document hours worked? Would any agency be willing to share a template of their exempt time sheet? Is there a minimum/maximum amount of time in a day, week, etc. that an exempt employee must work in order to receive full pay?" We do require our exempt employees to complete a timesheet for each pay period. The templa te is the standard time sheet utilized by ll employees. If an employee is off work, they are required to utilize Pa id Employee Days (PEDs). If the employee does not have any accrued PDEs and the time off is for medical leave, their wages are reduced by the amount of time not at work. *** All employees at our agency, including exempt employees, are required to complete time sheets.
