We hope these updates are helpful to members. INARF Welcomes New Associate Member – Northstar Compliance Solutions, Inc. INARF is pleased to welcome our newest INARF Associate member Northstar Compliance Solutions, Inc. Northstar provides compliance services, which include: drafting and updating Policies and Procedures, Operations Manuals, Employee Manuals and HIPAA manuals; assistance with Accreditation Compliance (initial and on-going) under CARF and the Joint Commission; and, provision of forms and templates, among other things. Northstar also provides legal assistance, guidance and forms regarding billing issues, including denial of payment, mandatory investigations or matters involving client care or complaints, and employee issues. INARF & Ability Indiana Welcomes John Barth to the Team On Monday, May 4, INARF and Ability Indiana welcomed John Barth as President/CEO for INARF and Ability Indiana. John joins the organization after serving as Chief Operating Officer at Managed Health Services and brings nearly 20 years of experience as a health care leader, including time with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration and the Center for Health Care Strategies. He is also an elected member of the Indianapolis City-County Council, representing District 7 on the city’s Northside. John has been married to his wife, Jessica, for over 20 years. John and Jessica have three children – Nora, Miles and Beatrice. John succeeds Steve Cook who is serving as Staff Advisor through his June 30 retirement from INARF and Ability Indiana. A CEO Welcome Reception is being planned for July to offer members, state partners and other key stakeholders the opportunity to meet John in person. INARF & Ability Indiana are happy to have him leading our team and invite you to join us in extending a warm welcome to John!
