QUESTION: Has anyone used an outside consultant to guide your agency in strategic planning, capacity building, and visioning? Who did you use and how would you describe the experience? Campbell and Associates LLC (INARF Associate Member) Christian Campbell 1351 Cherry St., Noblesville, IN 46060 317-370-4614 crc@christiancampbell.com Feedback from Members Included: We recently began working with Christiaan Campbell at Campbell and Associates. Christiaan is taking a look at our organizational structure and efficiency and is doing a good job. He is very responsive and listens will to our staff. Being in the middle of a project with Christiaan I can't give a full recommendation at this time as we have not had our final deliverables but I have been very impressed thus far. We have used Campbell & Associates, LLC to assist in restructuring our programming to maximize reimbursement and minimize expenses. Our data was analyzed and our corporate structure and functions were reviewed. Several recommendations were made that will hopefully make our operations and management functions much more efficient. We are in the process of implementing these recommendations and are seeing some improvements already. We recently signed a contract for consultant work with Campbell & Associates (Christiaan Campbell). Although this relationship is still fresh, my experience has been good. T.J. has a broad set of tools and resources that have helped us to build capacity and sustainability, and T.J. has been highly responsive and dependable to deliver more than what we expected. After finishing a Phase I with T.J. that lasted 8 months and took us through a strategic planning period, we have retained T.J. for a Phase II for another 11 months to assist us with coaching and execution of many of the elements from which we benefited in Phase I. I would be happy to share more about T.J. and his services and would highly recommend him.
