QUESTION: Are there any electronic learning systems that providers are using that meet state requirements for time stamping, presentation, observation and competency testing? We use I-Train for our online training. We supplement with live training for additional competency-based training. We use I-Train for orientation learning for our DSP’s, Admin, and Autism incoming staff. We also use Relias for the 40 hr. required training for autism-behavior technicians after the completion of orientation. I-Train offers State of IN required modules and you can upload/customize other content you want in the system. The modules are electronically tracked for each employee with time stamp and the required testing is tracked as well. We use Litmos through SIPN. We use Syberworks LMS. We have had no issues with compliance. We use testing, courses, and tracking with the system.
