QUESTION: We are looking at updating our Workplace Violence Prevention Policy. I am wondering if any other providers would be willing to share theirs and if anyone knows the legalities of potentially banning firearms at any point while working including property that is not owned or leased by the agency such as an employee’s vehicle, clients homes/property and/or an employee having firearms in their possession while in the community without violating the Right to Bear Arms.
